HEALYAC 2022-2023: Meeting #3

This week, members participated in an icebreaker activity wherein they were asked to go through a list of words and define as many as possible during an allotted amount of time. Jayden Chang (HEAL MSc student) presented her research on the ParkSeek project. Waleigh Jia (youth co-facilitator) presented her ‘Peer Learning Circle’ activity on sustainability in fashion. To end the meeting, staff co-facilitators (Holly Schaafsma, Heather Dyce, and Olivia Caruso) led a discussion on the HEALYAC ‘Big Project,’ where members had an opportunity to vote for their favourite potential topic.
