HEALYAC 2022-2023: Meeting #5

This week, the HEALab hosted the first in-person HEALYAC meeting for the 2022-23 council. Members participated in an icebreaker activity wherein they were asked to find fellow members with specified traits, skills, or interests. They then broke off into small groups to discuss the HEALYAC ‘Big Project’ for the year and to brainstorm some keywords or phrases related to their experiences balancing schoolwork and work/volunteer responsibilities.

Staff co-facilitators (Holly Schaafsma, Heather Dyce, and Olivia Caruso) and Youth Co-facilitators (Waleigh Jia and Natalie Jonnalagadda) wish all HEALYAC members a healthy and happy holiday season. They look forward to reconnecting with everyone in 2023!
