Recent HEAL study makes headlines across Canada

A recent publication in Cities & Health on youth mental health and stress levels as it relates to neighbourhood amenities by HEAL trainees and faculty associates Alexander “AJ” Wray, Gina Martin, Kendra Nelson Ferguson, Stephanie Coen, Jamie Seabrook, and Jason Gilliland made headlines across Canada. This publication reports on some of the results from the Canadian Insitutes of Health Research funded QuaranTEENing study, led by the HEAL and the lab’s Youth Advisory Council.
A summary in The Conservation was republished on Yahoo News Canada and in the London Free Press and Phillipine Canadian Inquirer. HEAL trainee, Alexander “AJ” Wray also did radio interviews on CBC London, 630 CHED in Edmonton, and London Live with Mike Stubbs.
