HEAL Faculty Associate Dr Paul van der Werf, along with collaborators Dr Jason Gilliland, Matthew Lynch, Carly MacArthur, and Lauren Turner, recently published a report titled “Good to the Last Bite? Data-driven insights to reduce household food waste”.   Highlighting food waste research conducted by van der Werf, Gilliland and team in the HEAL, this publication presents a data-driven model to understand household food wasting behaviour and tangible steps that can be taken to reduce household food waste.  This report is the result of a collaboration between Western University’s Human Environments Analysis Laboratory and the Ivey Centre for Building Sustainable Value at the Ivey Business School.
