ACT-i-Pass 2026-27 Registration Now Open

Registration for the ACT-i-Pass program 2026-27 is open! The ACT-i-Pass is a card that grants children access to free and low-cost activities at participating recreation centres in London, St. Thomas, Middlesex County, Elgin County and Oxford County.  The program runs from July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027 and is designed to increase a child’s ability to participate in physical activity, which can improve health, lengthen life, decrease illness, reduce screen time, and increase play in their lives. To be eligible for an ACT-i-Pass, a child must: Be enrolled in a Grade 5 class for the 2026-27 school year, or homeschool equivalent (~10 years old) Have a home address in London, St. Thomas, Oxford, Elgin or Middlesex Registration is open now, and the program for 2026-27 will begin on July 1! Welcome to the 2025-2026 ACT-i-Pass Program!  Dear ACT-i-Pass Participants,  We hope everyone has been enjoying the start of Summer! Since we are at the beginning of the program, we have some important updates and reminders to share.   Digital ACT-i-Pass Card Distribution  This year, we have continued to provide virtual ACT-i-Passes, so you no longer have to wait for your pass to arrive in the mail. The digital ACT-i-Pass with your child’s name and unique pass number is included in your registration confirmation email if you registered on or after July 1st. For those who registered prior to July, an additional automatic email with an attached digital pass was automatically sent on July 1st. If you did not receive this additional email with the attached ACT-i-Pass, please contact us via email at playeveryday@uwo.ca.   Please present a digital or printed version of the pass to the front desk staff when entering one of our participating locations.   Important Reminders For more information on program offerings this summer, please see our Schedule page. Hello ACT-i-Pass Participants, Happy Spring! The sun is shining and the weather is getting warmer, which means new ACT-i-Pass activities coming. Here are the April updates for ACT-i-Pass holders. Check Out Our Spring Activities Starting next week, the new spring schedules will be starting at many of our service providers. Please go to the ACT-i-Pass website to see the updated activity times or locations. City of London: How to Register Your Pass To sign up for free activities using the ACT-i-Pass, you first need to add your child’s pass to their City of London account. There are two ways to add your child’s pass to your account. Online: The parent and/or caregiver need to log in or sign up for a PlayYourWay account and add the child to the account. They can activate their child’s pass through the Eplor system. OR Phone: To register your pass, please contact City of London Recreation at (519) 661-5575 or you can talk to front desk staff at a facility. Hello ACT-i-Pass Participants, We hope you all have gotten a chance to use your ACT-i-Pass! We do have some updates to share as we move into Spring. Spring Schedule Updates are on Their Way At the end of March, we will have our new spring activity schedule for ACT-i-Pass holders. Before you go to your activities, please make sure to look at the ACT-i-Pass website to check for changes in activity times or locations. Reminder: Bring a Plus One Did you know: many of our service providers generously offer a plus one? A plus one is a child or adult that an ACT-i-Pass holder can bring to activities for free (or at a discounted rate)! How do you know which places offer a plus one? Click on an activity on our calendar on the schedule page and you will find plus one details below the activity description, or you can filter activities by clicking on ‘Tags’. ACT-i-Pass Card Update This year, we have changed to virtual passes so you no longer have to wait for your pass to arrive in the mail. The pass is included in your registration confirmation email. Please present a digital or printed version of the pass to the front desk staff when entering one of our participating locations. Based on the feedback from our service providers, we have made some slight adjustments to the pass we included in our previous email. On July 6th, we emailed an updated ACT-i-Pass with your child’s unique name and pass number. Please make sure to use the new version of the pass.
