Hello ACT-i-Pass Participants, We hope you are all having a good summer and have had a chance to use your ACT-i-Pass! We have a few program updates to share with you. Service Provider Update: Pass Activation for City of London Programs Parents/Caregivers of ACT-i-Pass holders are required to contact the City of London customer service team to have your child’s pass set up on your account and activated. Once the pass is activated, you can then register for City of London programs (including pools and arenas) provided through the ACT-i-Pass. The Customer Service team can be reached at 519-661-5575 (Monday to Saturday from 8:30 am-4:30 pm, except the Saturdays of long weekends). You will require the ACT-i-Pass card number to complete the setup with the customer service representative. Service Provider Update: London Children’s Museum London Children’s Museum is now offering ACT-i-Pass holders free entry any time during normal operating hours! Before going to the Children’s Museum, online registration is required. Please call the Children’s Museum to get the coupon code for ACT-i-Pass participants and then your child can be registered online. The code is only valid for the ACT-i-Pass holders and they must show their card when they check-in at…

Hello ACT-i-Pass Participants, The time has come… The 2021-22 ACT-i-Pass year has started! We are in the process of packaging the passes and we are working as hard as we can to get the passes to all families as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience! Reminder: ACT-i-Pass during COVID-19 As programming is restarting, our service providers have protocols in place to help everyone stay safe during activities. As COVID-19 protocols at service providers change over time, please make sure you look at the ACT-i-Pass website and service provider websites to learn about the activities are available, the protocols in place, and if registration before attending activities is necessary. Hello ACT-i-Pass Participants, We hope everyone has been doing well during these difficult times. We want to take a moment to share some exciting news about the ACT-i-Pass! Since the current grade 5 students missed out on ACT-i-Pass activities due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our service providers have been kind enough to extend the programming to grade 6 students in the 2021-22 year! For those who registered for the 2020-21 ACT-i-Pass, we will be sending you a 2021-22 pass to the address provided on your registration form. If your address has changed, please email us at playeveryday@uwo.ca and we will update your mailing address. 2021-22 ACT-i-Passes The 2021-22 ACT-i-Pass year starts at the beginning of July. Although many of us are not leaving our homes right now, it is still important to get our 60 minutes of daily physical activity. We know it can be difficult to get physical activity with gyms and recreational facilities closed over the past few weeks, so we wanted to share a few online activities that you can do in your home! Hello ACT-i-Pass Participants, Hope everyone is enjoying the new year! It is now January, which means that we have switched to the winter ACT-i-Pass schedule! There are so many great programs being offered by our service providers this season! Do you want something fun to do after school? Well ACT-i-Pass users get free entry to the after school programming at the Boys and Girls Club! Also, City of London Recreation provides many programs ranging from Dance Mix and Glee, to Badminton and Volleyball. There are still some spots available so check out the programming still available (find the list of ACT-i-Pass activities here). Do not forget to pre-register in-person or over the phone (519-661-5575) before attending. Are you looking for a fun outdoor family activity this winter? The City of London has got you covered with FREE recreational skating (weather-permitting!) at Victoria Park and Covent Garden Market!. Don't forget to bundle up before heading out!
