Support Workers- Personal support people are welcome to attend at no cost when they are accompanying individuals they support. The London Children’s Museum also accepts the Access 2 Card.

- If your child needs a quiet space while at the London Children’s Museum, My Artic Discovery, the Lookout, and London Hydro You’ll Make a World of Difference are great exhibits to visit. (If you are hoping to experience the London Children’s Museum during a quieter time, weekday afternoons are typically less busy)

How do I register?
- Online registration is required before visiting the Children’s Museum
- Parents/Caregivers of ACT-i-Pass holders can call the London Children’s Museum at 519-434-5726 and ask for the ACT-i-Pass code to register online
- This will allow the ACT-i-Pass holder free entrance to the Children’s Museum during any of our open hours
- The code is only valid for the ACT-i-Pass holder and they must show their card when they arrive and check in at the front desk of the Children’s Museum.

Restrooms and Changing
- Baby changing tables are available in the women’s and men’s washroom on the first floor. An adult-sized changing table is available in the family washroom on the second floor. Family washrooms on the second and third floor offer manual flush toilets to accommodate sound sensitivities.
Tips
Support Workers- Personal support people are welcome to attend at no cost when they are accompanying individuals they support. The London Children’s Museum also accepts the Access 2 Card.
Calm and Quiet
- If your child needs a quiet space while at the London Children’s Museum, My Artic Discovery, the Lookout, and London Hydro You’ll Make a World of Difference are great exhibits to visit. (If you are hoping to experience the London Children’s Museum during a quieter time, weekday afternoons are typically less busy)
Mobility
- Wheelchairs and strollers can reach every area in the Children’s Museum. For visitor convenience, a standard elevator is available. Most exhibits are fully accessible and full of learning opportunities for every visitor.

The City of London offers a variety of public skatingopportunities. Children 5 and under must wear a CSA approved helmet for all public skating programs and a full-face cage is recommended. Youth under 12 must be supervised by an adult 18 or over at all times. Skates are required for all programs. One sledge is available at all arenas for public use.
How do Iregister?
- First time ACT-i-Pass users:call 519-661-5575 so that the City can apply the ACT-i-Pass status to your registration account
- Your account will then allow you to register for future public skating for free
