  • Arrive no more than 10 minutes before your start time and leave promptly at the end of your program. 
  • All customers will be screened prior to entry into the facility. Contact tracing will be required.  Staff will collect a name and phone number for each swimmer/group.
  • Change rooms, washrooms, showers and lockers are available at indoor pools.
  • Swimmers and spectators are reminded at all times to keep 2 metres apart to physically distance from those individuals not directly in their household.
  • If the parent/caregiver is not required to participate, they are to view from the designated viewing area.
  • Face coverings or masks are required in all areas of indoor pools except the pool itself. 
  • Your reserved spot is held until 10 minutes after the program/swim starts. After that time, your reservation is forfeited

Support Workers

  • Personal support people are welcome to attend at no cost when they are accompanying individuals they support. The London Children’s Museum also accepts the Access 2 Card.

  • If your child needs a quiet space while at the London Children’s Museum, My Artic Discovery, the Lookout, and London Hydro You’ll Make a World of Difference are great exhibits to visit. (If you are hoping to experience the London Children’s Museum during a quieter time, weekday afternoons are typically less busy)

  • Personal support people are welcome to attend at no cost when they are accompanying individuals they support. The London Children’s Museum also accepts the Access 2 Card.

  • If your child needs a quiet space while at the London Children’s Museum, My Artic Discovery, the Lookout, and London Hydro You’ll Make a World of Difference are great exhibits to visit. (If you are hoping to experience the London Children’s Museum during a quieter time, weekday afternoons are typically less busy)

  • Registration is required for all programs.
  • Standard admission rates and supervision policy apply.
  • Proof of vaccination is required at all City aquatic facilities.  Learn more here: london.ca/vaccineproof
  • Arrive no more than 10 minutes before your start time and leave promptly at the end of your program. 
  • All customers will be screened prior to entry into the facility. Contact tracing will be required.  Staff will collect a name and phone number for each swimmer/group.
  • Change rooms, washrooms, showers and lockers are available at indoor pools.
  • Swimmers and spectators are reminded at all times to keep 2 metres apart to physically distance from those individuals not directly in their household.
  • If the parent/caregiver is not required to participate, they are to view from the designated viewing area.
  • Face coverings or masks are required in all areas of indoor pools except the pool itself. 
  • Your reserved spot is held until 10 minutes after the program/swim starts. After that time, your reservation is forfeited

Public Skating

Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre, 656 Elizabeth St, London, ON N5Y 6L3, Canada

Description​​​​

  • The City of London offers a variety of public skatingopportunities. Children 5 and under must wear a CSA approved helmet for all public skating programs and a full-face cage is recommended. Youth under 12 must be supervised by an adult 18 or over at all times. Skates are required for all programs. One sledge is available at all arenas for public use.

How do Iregister?

  • First time ACT-i-Pass users:call 519-661-5575 so that the City can apply the ACT-i-Pass status to your registration account
    • Your account will then allow you to register for future public skating for free
