Bridget Irwin
Master's Student
Bridget is an MSc. candidate in the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry’s Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics. With undergraduate experience in health studies and human geography, her research interests include public health, global health, the role of GIS in epidemiology, and health geography, specifically the relationship between the built and natural environments and infectious and vector-borne disease. At the HEAL Lab, Bridget is involved primarily with the HKCC project. Her thesis will evaluate the effect of school-based water infrastructure and education interventions on increasing children’s water consumption and knowledge.
