Kendra Ferguson is a postdoctoral research associate in the Department of Geography at Western University. Kendra’s graduate work examined the use of biofeedback to generate the management of psychophysiological processes to enhance sport performance. Recently, her research experience has focused on increasing physical activity and reducing health inequalities. Specifically, her interests pertain to childhood physical activity and developing strategies for sustained participation and lifelong engagement. Much of Kendra’s research involves using qualitative techniques to understand the experiences and perspectives of the individuals under study. She will be involved in various projects in the Human Environments Analysis Laboratory (HEALab) such as Smart APPetite and Vaping & Youth.
