Dr. Gilliland has served on a wide variety of academic and non- academic grant review committees and has written hundreds of successful (and unsuccessful) funding applications. Drawing on this experience, Dr. Gilliland shares his advice on how to write a winning grant application. This presentation is aimed at grad students and other new investigators and the content will be applicable to academic and non-academic funding opportunities.
This presentation was the first in a series of ‘Professional Workshops’ being offered by the Department of Geography and Environment in 2021-22.
